How Does the Voice Recording in a Hugify Work? Everything You Need to Know
You've ordered a Hugify or you're considering it. And you're wondering: how does this voice recording actually work? The answer is simple: in three steps and takes less than a minute.
What's inside the Hugify?
In the belly of every Hugify is a heart-shaped sound module. This small device has two functions: recording and playing. You have a maximum of 30 seconds to record your message.
Step by step: how to record a message
Step 1: Remove the sound module from the stuffed animal
There is an opening at the back of the stuffed animal through which you can take the voice recorder.
Step 2: Slide the switch to "R"
On the sound module there is a small switch. Set it to the "R" (Record) position. The module is now ready to record.
Step 3: Hold the heart pressed and speak
Hold the button in the middle of the heart pressed and speak your message. You have a maximum of 30 seconds.
Step 4: Release the button
Once your message is done, release the button. The recording is automatically saved.
Step 5: Slide the switch to "P" and test
Set the switch to "P" (Play) and press the heart again. You will now hear your recording back.
Step 6: Put the module back in the stuffed animal
Put the sound module back in the stuffed animal. Done! The recipient just needs to gently squeeze the stuffed animal to hear your voice.
